These Terms govern your use of VerseWrite (the "Service"), operated by LiDA, Seoul, Republic of Korea.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

VerseWrite is an iOS application and related web service that lets you transcribe Scripture by typing it out, and keep a personal record of what you have written.

The Service includes Scripture text in seven languages, a personal writing archive, and progress statistics. Features may be updated or changed over time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum legal age in your country, to use VerseWrite.

If you are under the applicable age, you may use the Service only with the consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for providing accurate, current, and complete information.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Privacy

Your use of VerseWrite is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Pricing and billing cycles are presented during the subscription process.

Payments are processed through the Apple App Store, and refunds are handled under Apple's policies and applicable law.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in your device's App Store account settings.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you create in VerseWrite, including your writing records.

You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

· use the Service for any illegal or unauthorised purpose;

· interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service;

· attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to VerseWrite, including trademarks, logos, and software, are owned by us or our licensors.

You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that harms other users or the platform.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. If we do, we will provide notice through the Service or by other reasonable means.

Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
